हरियाणा में मनरेगा योजना के तहत मजदूरों की पहचान सत्यापन प्रक्रिया में लापरवाही बरतने पर प्रशासन ने सख्त कदम उठाया है। जिला परिषद के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सुरेश राविश ने पांच ग्राम सचिवों को निलंबित कर दिया है। यह कार्रवाई मनरेगा मजदूरों की केवाईसी निर्धारित समयसीमा में पूरी न करने के कारण की गई है।

कैथल जिले के प्रशासन के अनुसार संबंधित ग्राम सचिवों ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत मनरेगा मजदूरों की KYC प्रक्रिया समय पर पूरी नहीं की, जिसे ड्यूटी में गंभीर लापरवाही माना गया।

किन ब्लॉकों के ग्राम सचिव हुए निलंबित

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार निलंबित किए गए पांच ग्राम सचिवों में कैथल ब्लॉक के दो, ढांड ब्लॉक के दो और कलायत ब्लॉक का एक ग्राम सचिव शामिल है।

इन ग्राम सचिवों पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने अपने गांवों में मनरेगा मजदूरों की पहचान सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया को समय पर पूरा नहीं किया, जबकि इस कार्य के लिए स्पष्ट निर्देश पहले ही जारी किए जा चुके थे।

NMMS App के माध्यम से हो रही KYC

जिला परिषद के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सुरेश राविश ने बताया कि मनरेगा योजना के तहत मजदूरों की पहचान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए NMMS App के जरिए KYC Process अनिवार्य किया गया है।

इस प्रक्रिया का उद्देश्य योजना में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखना और किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता या फर्जीवाड़े को रोकना है। प्रशासन ने सभी ग्राम सचिवों को निर्देश दिए थे कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत मनरेगा मजदूरों की केवाईसी प्रक्रिया 15 मार्च तक पूरी कर लें।

हालांकि कई ग्राम पंचायतों में यह काम निर्धारित समय सीमा तक पूरा नहीं किया गया, जिसके चलते प्रशासन को कार्रवाई करनी पड़ी।

धीमी प्रगति पर हुई कार्रवाई

जांच में सामने आया कि कुछ ग्राम पंचायतों में केवाईसी की प्रगति बेहद धीमी थी और तय समय सीमा तक कार्य पूरा नहीं किया गया। इसे प्रशासन ने गंभीर लापरवाही माना।

सीईओ सुरेश राविश ने कहा कि जिन ग्राम पंचायतों में KYC कार्य में ढिलाई बरती गई, वहां संबंधित अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि योजना के संचालन में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

31 मार्च तक पूरा करना होगा कार्य

जिला प्रशासन ने सभी ग्राम सचिवों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में मनरेगा मजदूरों की केवाईसी प्रक्रिया 31 मार्च तक हर हाल में पूरी करें।

प्रशासन का कहना है कि मनरेगा जैसी महत्वपूर्ण योजना में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए डिजिटल सत्यापन प्रक्रिया को अनिवार्य किया गया है। यदि भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार की लापरवाही सामने आती है तो संबंधित अधिकारियों के खिलाफ और भी सख्त कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

फिलहाल कैथल जिले में इस कार्रवाई के बाद अन्य ग्राम पंचायतों के अधिकारियों को भी सतर्क रहने और निर्धारित समय सीमा में कार्य पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
