चंडीगढ़। हरियाणा शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत अकादमिक कार्यों को मजबूत बनाने के लिए अकादमिक सेल में Program Officer और Assistant Program Officer पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। इस संबंध में Directorate of School Education ने चयन प्रक्रिया और परीक्षा पैटर्न से जुड़ी विस्तृत जानकारी जारी की है।

विभाग के अनुसार इच्छुक शिक्षक 17 मार्च रात 11:59 बजे तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। यह भर्ती कुल 13 पदों के लिए की जा रही है, जिनमें 10 Program Officer और 3 Assistant Program Officer के पद शामिल हैं।

पीजीटी और टीजीटी शिक्षकों को मिलेगा मौका

शिक्षा विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इन पदों के लिए PGT और TGT शिक्षकों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। आवेदन प्राप्त होने के बाद चयन प्रक्रिया को तीन चरणों में पूरा किया जाएगा।

इस भर्ती का उद्देश्य अकादमिक सेल में ऐसे शिक्षकों को शामिल करना है जो शिक्षा से जुड़े कार्यक्रमों की योजना, मॉनिटरिंग और विश्लेषण के कार्यों को बेहतर ढंग से संभाल सकें।

तीन चरणों में होगी चयन प्रक्रिया

विभाग द्वारा जारी जानकारी के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों का चयन तीन अलग-अलग चरणों के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। इसमें Computer Test, Reasoning Test और अंत में Interview शामिल है।

पहले चरण में 30 अंकों का Computer Test आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस परीक्षा में उम्मीदवारों की बुनियादी कंप्यूटर समझ और डेटा प्रबंधन से जुड़ी क्षमता का मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा।

इस टेस्ट में बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान के साथ Microsoft Excel से जुड़े सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। इनमें फॉर्मूला का उपयोग, डेटा जोड़ना, प्रतिशत निकालना और Data Analysis से जुड़े प्रश्न शामिल होंगे। इस चरण को पास करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को कम से कम 10 अंक हासिल करना अनिवार्य होगा।

रीजनिंग टेस्ट में होगी विश्लेषण क्षमता की जांच

दूसरे चरण में 50 अंकों का Reasoning Test आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस परीक्षा में उम्मीदवारों की तर्क क्षमता और विश्लेषणात्मक सोच का परीक्षण किया जाएगा।

इसमें शिक्षा से जुड़े दो अलग-अलग विषयों पर 20 अंकों के निबंध लिखने होंगे। शेष प्रश्न सामान्य समझ, समस्या समाधान और विश्लेषण क्षमता पर आधारित होंगे।

इंटरव्यू के आधार पर अंतिम चयन

चयन प्रक्रिया के अंतिम चरण में उम्मीदवारों का Interview लिया जाएगा, जिसके लिए 20 अंक निर्धारित किए गए हैं। इंटरव्यू में उम्मीदवार की अकादमिक समझ, नेतृत्व क्षमता और शिक्षा प्रणाली से जुड़े दृष्टिकोण का आकलन किया जाएगा।

तीनों चरणों के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर ही अंतिम चयन सूची तैयार की जाएगी।

पुराने प्रोग्राम ऑफिसरों को वापस स्कूल भेजने की प्रक्रिया

विभाग ने यह भी संकेत दिया है कि अकादमिक सेल में लंबे समय से कार्यरत अधिकारियों की समीक्षा भी की जा रही है। जिन Program Officer को तीन वर्ष से अधिक समय हो चुका है, उन्हें वापस स्कूलों में भेजने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है।

इस कदम का उद्देश्य नए शिक्षकों को अकादमिक कार्यों में शामिल करना और विभागीय कार्यप्रणाली को अधिक सक्रिय और प्रभावी बनाना है।
