चंडीगढ़। हरियाणा सरकार ने राज्य परिवहन सेवाओं को अधिक व्यवस्थित, सुरक्षित और यात्री हितैषी बनाने की दिशा में बड़ा फैसला लिया है। परिवहन मंत्री Anil Vij ने निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा है कि अब हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन की सभी HVAC बसों को जलपान और विश्राम के लिए केवल हरियाणा पर्यटन विभाग के अधिकृत ढाबों पर ही रोका जाएगा।

सरकार का कहना है कि इस निर्णय का मुख्य उद्देश्य यात्रियों को स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित और गुणवत्तापूर्ण सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना है। इसके तहत निजी ढाबों पर बसों के रुकने पर पूरी तरह रोक लगाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

सभी महाप्रबंधकों को जारी हुए निर्देश

परिवहन मंत्री के आदेशों के बाद हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन के महानिदेशक की ओर से प्रदेश के सभी महाप्रबंधकों को आधिकारिक पत्र जारी किया गया है। इसमें स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया है कि हरियाणा क्षेत्र में चलने वाली HVAC बसों को केवल अधिकृत पर्यटन ढाबों पर ही रोका जाए।

विभागीय अधिकारियों को यह भी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि चालक और परिचालकों तक नई व्यवस्था की जानकारी तुरंत पहुंचाई जाए।

सरकार के अनुसार, हरियाणा पर्यटन विभाग के ढाबे स्वच्छता, खाद्य गुणवत्ता और सरकारी मानकों के अनुरूप संचालित किए जाते हैं। ऐसे में यात्रियों को बेहतर वातावरण और भरोसेमंद सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना संभव होगा।

यात्रियों की सुविधा और सुरक्षा पर फोकस

Anil Vij ने कहा कि परिवहन विभाग का उद्देश्य केवल बस संचालन तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यात्रियों को सुरक्षित और सम्मानजनक यात्रा अनुभव देना भी प्राथमिकता है।

उन्होंने बताया कि कई बार निजी ढाबों पर यात्रियों को स्वच्छता और सुविधाओं से जुड़ी शिकायतें मिलती थीं। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए अब केवल अधिकृत ढाबों को ही बस ठहराव के लिए मान्यता दी गई है।

सरकार का मानना है कि इस कदम से परिवहन व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता और अनुशासन भी बढ़ेगा।

नियम तोड़ने पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई

परिवहन विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि हरियाणा क्षेत्र में किसी भी स्थिति में HVAC बसों को निजी ढाबों पर नहीं रोका जाएगा। यदि कोई चालक या परिचालक निर्देशों की अवहेलना करता पाया गया तो उसके खिलाफ विभागीय नियमों के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अधिकारियों को नियमित निगरानी और निरीक्षण के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं ताकि नई व्यवस्था का सही तरीके से पालन सुनिश्चित हो सके।

आधुनिक परिवहन व्यवस्था की दिशा में कदम

हरियाणा सरकार लगातार सार्वजनिक परिवहन सेवाओं को आधुनिक और सुविधाजनक बनाने पर काम कर रही है। परिवहन विभाग का कहना है कि यात्रियों की सुविधा, सुरक्षा और पारदर्शिता सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

अधिकृत और मानक आधारित ढाबों पर बसों के रुकने से यात्रियों को बेहतर भोजन, साफ-सफाई और सुरक्षित माहौल मिल सकेगा।
